I’m an anthropologist, an organizational development geek, and an optimist.

With the business world as a canvas for creativity, my work is cultivating what’s possible for individuals and organizations. I’ve spent the last 20+ years building and leading teams in high growth organizations as both a consultant and an internal leader.

Working across People and Talent organizations, I’ve learned that its key to align the people strategy to the business strategy. As a trusted advisor to boards and executive management teams, I advise leaders on how to attract, acquire, develop, and create an engaging and impactful employee experience.

Talent is a business challenge, not an HR goal.

My expertise is advising organizations that are scaling or have reached an inflection point, where a people agenda is required to achieve business results.

I enjoy working across a broad spectrum of industries including technology, financial services, tech-enabled healthcare, professional services, lifestyle brands, private equity firms.
